Great experiences with them both times I have had them come to my home. First time was for routine checks and maintenance, second time was for A/C not working, which turned out to be a failed capacitor. Really went above and beyond, not only identifying and fixing my problem, but also helping me to review, explain and address some warranty issues I had, and gave me some practical solutions to address a few cold/hot spots I had in my house, and probably more that I am not thinking of right now. Couldn't have hoped for better service
